We share Experience and Knowledge through Engaging Workshops and Courses

Our Vision

We want people to become wise. With wisdom we can shape a better future. We develop courses that positively influence growth of wisdom through our learning methodology and learning topics.

Our Teaching Methodology

Group Lectures

It has more benefits than learning alone. One can gather multiple skills at the time: active listening, teamwork, encountering different perspectives, experiences, and lines of thinking.

Live Lectures

Active listening and participating stimulates the brain to connect new information with existing information. Our courses are designed to have an active discussion after each learning topic.

Learning Materials

We are aware that not everything can be remembered, and that our lectures are live lectures, hence we provide course participants with learning materials for recollection after the course.

Online Lectures

We love restrictions of online teaching - there are actually less distractions, when internet connection is working properly. Our experience is that live online lectures enhance concentration on the topic at hand - no other distractions. As only one person can speak loudly at the given time, active listening is stimulated, and speaking is democratised. Additionally, there are significant benefits for the environment and sustainability.

Work in Groups

Vast majority of our practice tools are made for group work. We want participants to practice collaboration and teamwork, exchange ideas and lines of thought.

Right Balance

We divide learning topics and practice in short blocks, and keep a healthy balance between lecturing, discussion, and learning by doing (practice tasks).

Wisdom Development

A wise person characteristics are among others the ability to transcend their thinking into broader context, be critical of their own beliefs, and be open to other people’s views. Our teaching methodology, like sharing ideas in a group discussion, enhances wisdom characteristics.
